Discrimination on the basis of gender is a major issue, which has been critically discussed in most of the countries, and necessary steps have also been taken to eradicate discrimination completely. Virgin Australia Airline introduced a new policy for their airlines that the male passengers cannot sit beside any unaccompanied minor passenger, while a woman can.
